Khushiya Gifting operates under MK Consultant, which is the authorized entity responsible for handling inquiries, quotations, order management, communication, invoicing, and coordination. - Product Information

• Orders are processed only after written confirmation and advance payment.
• Customized and branded products require final artwork approval before production. - Pricing Policy
• Prices shared through quotations are subject to quantity, customization requirements, branding scope, and availability.
• Branding charges are included only where specifically mentioned in the quotation.

Client Responsibilities:
• Share high-quality logo files (AI / CDR / PDF / PNG / JPG).
• Verify spelling, artwork, names, and approvals before production.
- Payment Terms
• 50% advance payment is required to confirm the order.
• Remaining payment must be completed before dispatch.
• Production timelines begin after advance payment and final approval. - Tax & Deductions
• GST is not applicable in our quotations unless otherwise specified.
• Clients may apply applicable TDS deductions as per their internal policies and applicable regulations.
• Required company details will be shared during order processing. - Delivery & Dispatch
• Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on quantity, customization, and logistics.
• Courier and transportation charges are additional unless specifically included. - Cancellation & Changes
• Customized and branded orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
• Any requested changes after approval may affect pricing and delivery timelines. - Returns & Replacement
• Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or approved replacement conditions.
• Personalized or branded products are not eligible for return unless defective. - Intellectual Property
Client logos, brand assets, and submitted materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used only for order fulfillment. - Limitation of Liability
